The Gig

You’ll consult our customers and partners on quality

Assurance and testing strategy. To provide you with the needed insight and information you plan and organise risk-identification and -analyses meetings. You manage and control all quality assurance and testing activities. Since you are fully responsible for the QA and testing of a program you will make sure to deliver exceeding the customer expectations in both quality and time. You have a clear view on the test processes and secure they are accurate and current, using state of the art technology and templates. This means you are fully in control of the execution of the QA and testing strategy. Always with the customers satisfaction in mind you adapt and overcome all challenges together to deliver the projects objectives. You organise structural reporting on the testing status and outcomes and are responsible to manage the QA and Testing budget. You are of course the ‘Point of Contact’ for the business lines and for the development teams. You’ll empower your team to provide heartfelt quality and testing services and showcase exceptional operational management to deliver an irresistible experience for our team members and customers. Creating an aligned, cohesive and dynamic Quality Assurance and Testing team will be at the forefront of every day so you’ll spend a load of time coaching, developing and motivating people to achieve their ‘Personal Best’. Along with maximising effectiveness and efficiency and keeping an eye on the costs, you’ll create an environment where members and team members love spending time. You’ll lead the team to deliver one seamless experience after the other… You’ll also deliver outstanding results managing an impressive teaming performance impacting our customers quality of IT functionality and their speed to market. You’re driven, level-headed and cool under pressure with 3+ years of quality and or test management experience. (ideally in various business sectors). You love to create alignment within teams as much as you love to create meaningful moments for members and deliver profitability for shareholders. You’re a leader and performer. Both equally. Seeing your team rock and roll and deliver true outperformance makes you feel proud and confident. You’re comfortable connecting with members and thrive on building true teaming community. Both internally as well as in the customer environment. You’re cool with ambiguity and you roll with the punches when things change. You have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule if needed, but are aware of a healthy work-life balance. Both for yourself as for your teams. Of course you have a technical background, passion for the job and a master or degree in IT. If next to profound knowledge of test management tools for test and defect management you are also an expert in HP ALM and JIRA, this is absolutely A+ for you.
